TEACHERS
To apply for Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) for a training session, activity organizers must provide the pertinent information through the online application process.  Training sessions can be pre- or post-approved.  Activities eligible for credit include classroom training (e.g. in-house company meetings, extension meetings, pesticide re-certification courses, college courses), workshops, and field days.  Assignment of CEUs will be made by MACCA using the International CCA Competency Areas as identified in the Performance Objectives.
Apply for CEUs here:  https://www.certifiedcropadviser.org/continuing-education/offer-ceus/apply
The applicant will complete three steps:
1. Enter Meeting Information
2. Enter Session Information
3. Submit Application
When the application is submitted, the primary CEU Reviewer for the board will automatically receive an email with the meeting information.  The reviewer will either review it directly or forward to another reviewer.  Once the review process has been completed and the meeting approved/denied, an email will be sent back to the person who submitted the application.  Complete instructions are provided on the CEU application webpage.
ATTENDEES
An individual attending a course has the option to apply for post-approval of training for Continuing Education Credits (CEUs).  This is done by sending a completed CCA CEU Application Form and the detailed meeting agenda (including topics, times, locations, speakers, etc.) to MACCA within 45 days after the activity is held.
